Day 56 in my ANTI-APPAREL-SHOPPING!

apparently i went shopping yesterday. i didn't intend to buy anything but of course with no intention of buying anything you buy half the store! jk, i didn't do that but i did put a dent into my paycheck. which i spent it all. i think i need to reallly start saving. damn direct deposit! but seriously i didn't buy apparel ... oh wait does sweatpants count? i bought $5 sweatpants at target i bought three of them. i do not believe that counts. because im sharing it with my parents. oh well. ANYWHO i did not go shopping for other clothes. but what i did get was a 4 pairs of super long socks for the fall/winter season, leggings, and two pairs of shoes. these pair of shoes were a steal from bakers. less than $50! so i believe that i need to add another item to not buy. i think that'll be SHOES. =[ oh i know that's soo hard for ME to not shop for shoes. i have way too many! i think i HAVE to let it go. okay so i suppose so. (sorry im talking to myself as im deciding what im going to do, lol) oh wells. so it is official! no shopping for clothes and shoes. oh maaaan. in my head im screaming noooo! but i know that it is good for me.

yes i am a diehard San Francisco Giants fan. i truely do miss Barry Bonds. but wow it has been seven years since we made it this far. i have faith that the giants will make the world series! i am of course not hating on the phillies. never that. i believe that the phillies are a very good team. BUT I LOVE ME SOME GIANTS! especially posey! haha. these games have been so intense for the past week. i do not know about you but it's been awhile since i really enjoyed a baseball game. i am currently watching game six and it is tied 2 - 2 in the bottom of the sixth inning. AND BAMM! ROSS THE BOSSS hits a double run! in the bottom of the 6th! Uribe is up! haha sooo exciting! okay i got to really watch this game. oh well double play by phillies. good game good game.

Job Interview.

those of you who follow me on twitter already know that i had a job interview with H&M. yess H&M. i am really hoping that i get this job because i feel like the environment is just the perfect kind of environment for me. it is not in the mall so the store does not follow mall hours. FINALLY. i've been working in a mall for three years now. i know there are other people out there that have worked at a mall for more than three years but i cant do it anymore! *sarcasm yes but i really rather work at THIS store! i hope i land another interview with this team. i felt like my first interview was a hit! i hope they felt the same way too! anywho.. all i can do is pray and have great faith! so i'll leave it at that.

I can't believe it's August already. meaning that means school is just around the corner. Last week i was in my boyfriend's town, catching up and of course taking care of other things on the side. let me tell you, boy it was the best time spent with him. put aside some of our bullshit arguments, i do not regret my time being there with him. see, we have a long distance relationship. roughly two hours away from each other. it's a killer because i do not have the ability to drive and he's the only one mobile. he drives back and forth just to pick me up or i take an amtrak train to go out and see him. it already takes 2-3 just to see each other so therefore that's just so much time put away to see each other. it's been a little more than a year and a half that we've been in this relationship. both faithful. both in love. both struggling to keep our relationship close as possible. i can only speak for myself and tell it from what comes to mind. but of course there is so much more than what i can write down in a blogpost so i'll save it for him and i ... =]

FYI I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL SHOPPING!

Unlike most people, i am excited for school to start up. for those who might be wonder this is my third year of college and i go to a community college. it is honestly, JUST LIKE HIGH SCHOOL ALL OVER AGAIN. what i mean by that is the scene. of course the work and teachers are completely different but as far as cliques and the people it's as if you never left high school haha. oh and of course you'll see your uncles and aunts, lol jk (but for some it's not a joke). because it is my THIRD year in a community college (because getting your classes is a lottery, seriously) i really want to dedicate the majority of my time to school. im hoping to be full time just like last semester and aim for a 3.30 rather than a 3.15 from last semester.

your probably wondering "why on earth does this female want to go back to school so quickly" it's because at least that way i occupy a lot of my time that i had during the summer to study and stay in school opposed to having so much freetime to roam around and buy stuff at the mall or online. besides i really do enjoy learning, the only problem is homework -__- i have no patience with that, i rather go online shopping. i am such an online junkie it's gross. i havent bought makeup or clothes lately since last week, thank god. im trying to see if i could go a month without buying makeup. or maybe clothes. okay let's do it. i officially tell myself not to buy any clothes for 90 days. BUT since classes start in two-three weeks, i will start that 90 mark after i do my back to school shopping. so absolutely no clothes shopping for 90 days after my back to school shopping period. you've read it here first!

as for my social life, it's true, if there's one thing i learned coming out of high school, you can count all your friends on one hand. and im taking friends in general not just CLOSE friends but friends. i've learned to cut a lot of people out of my life. but ive also learn to meet new interesting people. people that i probably rather/should of hung out with from the start. as for my love life. same. thats for me to know.

So here i am blogging about being apart of the whole blogging community. i figured this would be a lot easier to review a lot of the products i purchase from time to time. so here's a little update on my life. TODAY, about half an hour ago there was this weird earthquake! and those of you who live in the bay area know what im talking about. t'was very weird.

Here's a review on the U by Kotex Heavy Flow Pads that i bought recently and even showed in a haul i did. So i got my monthly gift yesterday, let me tell you PAINFUL cramps. gahh! other than that i decided to test out these pads i was afraid that they would not work so i kept returning to the restroom to change. so apparently these pads are not great for people who do have a heavy flow. i could not trust it to hold. this will seem embarassing BUT i literally had to use TWO of these things. i never had to do that before.. but i realized that i personally need longer pads because i am no longer a size zero in pants. what i am trying to say is if you got some junk in the trunk then these pads will not work for you. i am a person who loves laying down and moving around a lot. so these pads are a no no no for me. i will not repurchase this product again. i will stick to my ALWAYS! =]
